hi we bought dstv decoders from messina south africa as a bulk order of 50 decoders and one of the decoder is failling to register with multichoice zimbabwe as it is said to be registered with dstv south africa.Yet all of the other decoders on the same batch have cleared with multichoice zimbabwe so they (dstv zimbabwe )said we should sent you the details so that it be checked if it is registered in anyone name as it might have been entered into the system but not assinged an account.So would appriciate your help if it can be de registred so we can open a DSTV Zimbabwe account
