CABS bank houses sold on mortgage in Budiriro have succumbed to bad weather with some having already started cracking.
What could have been a success story in the housing history of Zimbabwe is now under spotlight after the houses started developed cracks in what beneficiaries have attributed to poor workmanship.
As a CABS mortgage home owners I feel short-changed and suspect sub-standard material might have been used during construction.
This is painful, we paid US$8,000 to get these houses and every month I are paying US$200 towards my bond.
(Inappropriate report?)
