Kudzai Kadzombe travelled with intercape on the 16th of May 2017 from Park station to Zimbabwe harare. On checking in my luggage and weighing bit I was charged R580 for excess luggage and inside that bag there was 3*5 litres of cooking oil, 10kg of rice, 10kg of sugar and some old clothes that did not even cost me R400 I feel so cheated I just had to pay because I don't even know what to do as there was so much chaos and I was in a foreign country.
