The customer service at CBZ Borrowdale Bank is terrible.
The operations manager Jeff or whatever his name is arrogant and thinks the branch is his house..."you don't come to my house and say next door they do this" ...in response to a customer's frustration and comparison to Stanbic.
He absolutely has no clue why he is there and totally doesn't understand the organisations mission when they say 'we cater to diverse customers needs' Go upstairs and you are accosted by pregnant Sharon who sometimes forgets to smile, takes weeks to facilitate a transaction that should take at most 72hrs, commits the customer service faux pas of saying I wasn't here, it's not me it's ebanking, I'll call you and never calls back.
I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed. I expected better from CBZ. They mess up the image of the rest of the helpful team. A bad apple definitely does corrupt the whole sack.
