A medical devise was ordered and took 3 days of international transit to get to Harare airport which i would consider very reasonable, close to pretty good.DHL picked up on the parcel and duties and fees were paid. That's when the nightmare began. After in the mean time 14 days the situation has not progressed at all and our parcel is still stuck at the airport and the tracking reads "clearance delayed". Needless to say that no one answers to any emails or their website (complaints) and the one DHL guy who is available on the phone tells different stories over again. Also needless to say this is not the first but probably the worst incident with DHL ever. Even the Zimbabwe standard postage services does a much better and fine job by getting far less paid for their services. We will have to look into alternatives to DHL as they are not up to any standards and simply couldn't care less. What a disappointment for such a big worldwide operating company. anonymous
