Good Day, FNB launched the send money to zimbabwe product which they have been advertising so much as well . I decided to use this service last week and up to now the recipient hasnt been able to access the funds from OK first street . My mother had to go there 3 times and they always say the system is down , u have to wait until we are online . People have to wait outside waiting for the system to become 'online' , whatever that means . We do send these funds because of urgent needs now for someone to have to go to town for 3 days trying to access money is just not good . Its the last i will use of this service , rather stick to the old ways but dont make it seem so easy when u advertise because its not as smooth as its made to seem . very disappointed client. kaymarrow
